1. Scope of Work: All manufacturing projects are subject to an approved Quotation and Scope of Work document. Any deviations will require written Change Orders.

2. Payment Terms: Standard industrial payment cycles apply: 40% advance for raw materials, with the balance due upon successful QC and dispatch from our Vastral facility.

3. Warranty: We guarantee the structural integrity of our fabrications for a period of 12 months under standard operational conditions as defined in the product manual.
